The Basics
Goods are ordinarily dispatched within 1-2 business days. We mostly use a courier service, but sometimes use Australia Post for regional areas. Please try to use shipping instructions wherever possible to avoid non-successful deliveries in case you’re not home. We suggest using a work address for delivery wherever possible.
All items featured at Collection of Cool are dispatched from Sydney, Australia (unless otherwise stated) and can be shipped to most countries worldwide. If you are unsure if we ship to your country please email: info@collectionofcool.com.au for confirmation.
Goods are dispatched to the delivery address you nominate when you place your order. Risk and title of the goods are assigned to you upon delivery. When placing your order, please indicate in the comments section any instructions should delivery occur when no one is home.
Australian Deliveries
Your delivery cost will be based on the weight of goods and the destination state and postcode. This will be calculated at the checkout once the shipping address has been entered.
Orders within Australia should arrive within 7 business days. Deliveries for Sydney and outer Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane will be well within this time.

International Deliveries
Overseas shipping times vary depending on the country. Arrival within 14 business days is a general indication.
International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient (you); we do not control nor can we predict these charges. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
