We were lucky enough to go to They Will Have Their Way, at the Sydney Opera House last week. The songs of Tim and Neil Finn performed by some of Australia’s best artists like Paul Dempsey, Clare Bowditch, Holly Throsby, Lior and many more. Was absolutely unbelievable. We recommend to anyone & everyone to go if it hasn’t yet come to your city.

It’s back….hooray!! After a hiatus last year, everyone’s favourite Aussie and NZ music festival is back this year. We reckon it’s going to be better than ever.
It’s also not just about the music (although there’s some unbelievable acts scheduled), it’s also a film and arts festival.

With acts like Grinderman, The Church, Gotye, Cut Copy, PNAU, Ladyhawke, The Jezabels, Kimbra and soooo many more, you really can’t go wrong.

The team here are particularly excited to see multi-award winning Gurrumul Yunupingu and of course, Icehouse playing all the Flowers hits. Old stuff, new stuff, something for everyone. It’s a great celebration of all good things Aussie & Kiwi, and of course we say HOORAY to that. (Oh, and money goes to some very good charities on top of all that).

We can’t go on enough about this. Please please please get on board with Oscars Law – which is aimed at eradicating puppy farms. Anyone with even the slightest of fond feelings for dogs must admit puppy farms are just awful awful awful! (especially when a quarter of a million animals get put down a year in Australia due to not finding homes).

Basically; don’t buy pets from the pet store, or online. The BEST thing you can do is to adopt an animal from one of the many great organisations around the country. If you MUST have a pure bred – don’t fret, there’s plenty of them needing homes too. Please help by signing up to support Oscars Law.
